Dairy & Soy Free Dishes

So what do you eat when your little one can't have dairy or soy? Hopefully this blog will give you some good ideas for yourself and for baby! As of March 9, 2010 I have cut dairy, soy, fish, nuts, eggs and beef from my diet and we're still having issues with blood in our daughter's stool. Looks like the next item to go from my diet may be wheat....
